![]() I called and was told that all the mechanics were "at lunch" (which is understandable) and they would get it right after they came back. I dropped it off for an appointment scheduled for "first thing on Saturday" and was told they would call when it was done. I have had spotty service from this dealership, but it's hours were OK and I just wanted a car inspection and oil change. We have only had the car for 24 hours and where we get service has not yet been decided. I thank the dealership for making a state inspection available when I picked the car up, it was not expected and was very helpful. When we picked up the car it was raining I found it odd that we were not able to receive the car inside to inspect it before we took ownership. That seemed funny to me, I felt like the dealership did not believe I was going to buy the vehicle. He did not offer to redo the paperwork and said when I picked up the vehicle he would refund my credit card. The business manager, forgot to put my down payment on the purchase agreement and I found the mistake, not him. My appointment was to be at 3 to 4 PM and I arrive at 3:42 PM. I was somewhat shocked when I went to pick the car up and the dealership was quite empty and my salesperson was not around. CoCo I would have not bought this vehicle. However, he seems to be a delegator, and needs to understand when his sale person drops the ball. Mike CoCo was very good to deal with, he was responsive and polite. krist's disgusting display of contempt and unprofessionalism is my lasting impression of what should have been a five srar review. Even the following day, when making a down payment, he did'nt even have the common decency to step out of his office to shake my and thank me for my business. What had been an enthusiastic transaction was tarnished and cheapened by mr. krist's deceptive methods, disrespectful attitude and demeaning manner left me insulted, agitated and uneasy. However, this all changed upon finalizing the sale with finance manager eric krist. It had been a surprisingly positive experience. I purchased a 2011 rogue the the car I wanted at a fair ptice. Sales consultant ted aylward was courteous, professional and knowledgable over three visits and several phone calls. After visiting several dealerships in person and online, I found kelly nissan of woburn to be a reasonably priced, well organized and friendly place to do business. They do, however, offer a convenient shuttle ride, with a very nice young man, should you choose not to wait for repairs. Due to my experience, I will not be going back to Nissan of Woburn for service, nor would I recommend them. I have another car, an Acura, and anytime I bring it to the Acura dealership, I am treated with care, and incredibly high quality service. The dealership did resolve the problem and I was told I would not be charged (lol)! I was not offered anything else for my time and trouble. ![]() I also live some distance away from this dealership. I do not have time to follow up on repairs that should have been done properly the first time. As I'm sure every other customer can understand, I'm busy and my time is valuable. I had to schedule another appointment to have my breaks properly fixed. Over a month later, my breaks were still annoyingly squeaky. I read on line that this can happen sometimes until they are broken in, although I've never experienced this before when having new breaks put into this car. Additionally, I noticed my new breaks would squeak every time I used them. My opinion is that the oil change was not done with care and precision. This never happens when I have my oil changed at my local service station. ![]() ![]() The next day I noticed my car had leaked some oil on my clean driveway. I picked the car up, drove home and parked in my driveway. Great! My car also needed an oil change, breaks, and several other small services. The service department was able to identify the noise and repair it. I brought my Nissan Murano in because it was making a strange noise.
